Paste your fasta formatted sequences The easiest is to open your fasta sequences in a text editor (notepad or similar) and copy paste from there.

Settings

Color DNA bases

Show alignment position above each variable site

Show identical bases as a dot

0-based position numbering?
(1st base = 0 etc.)
